With the KRUUSE Cow-Side BHB Strips, you can easily monitor cows after calving. In the first months after calving, the risk of ketosis (lingering milk fever) is highest. By monitoring, ketosis can be detected and treated in time.

The KRUUSE Cow-Side BHB Strips have been developed to determine the level of Beta-hydroxybuturate (BHB) in milk. Useful tool for determining if the cow has elevated levels of ketone bodies in the milk indicating sub-clinical ketosis.
